Kalle Perlmutter

Happy Birthday dear KALLE PERLMUTTER!

We wish this brilliant actor (talking about you, dear Kalle) a fabulous day and of course a fantastic new year! Here's to many exciting projects and interesting roles! Cheers! © Paul Steuber

And here are two memorable anecdotes from Kalle’s life:

At the age of five, Kalle was in hospital with his grandma, and since then she has always told him about, how he constantly performed magic tricks for the staff.
After a well-done “show” for a couple of nurses, his grandma told him:
“That was a huge success!” -“Well, grandma, the audience was just too small!”

When he was 16 he was approached by a strange woman at a train station: “I don’t want to disturb you dear, but I just have to tell you that Jesus has just contacted me and he said, that young man over there, that’s you, will be a great actor one day. You probably think I’m crazy.” “Oh yes!” said Kalle. “But I also think you’re right!”

Charles Morillon

It’s CHARLES MORILLON’s birthday!

Happy birthday dear Charles! May there be many exciting tasks to tackle for you, all of which you shall and will master wonderfully, we're sure of it. May this new year present you with great characters, interesting stories and countless opportunities to show off your talent! © India Lange

A few FUN FACTS about Charles, in the manner of his typical jargon and style:

– Charles is slowly getting old enough to play his dream character, Richard the Third. He is also looking forward to playing Franz Moor from Schiller’s The Robbers.

– In the last few months, he has again died in front of the camera. So Charles is slowly becoming a „Master of death“, which is not wrong as you get older. It might be only a rehearsal, but this allows him to be well-prepared for his own death one day.

– Speaking of time going by, Charles is currently training for a marathon in Paris. So you can call him at any time, just not on April 7th.

– You can send him birthday presents to Paris or Cologne as you wish. He would be delighted to receive a lemon cake.

– Please refrain from unannounced visits.

Carolin Karnuth

Happy Birthday dear CAROLIN KARNUTH!

Did you already know?

Carolin is not only an actress, but also a full-blooded singer and is premiering her new song recital “Because of you…Vintage Women and Love” on April 6th. Love songs from Claire Waldoff, Edith Piaf, Marlene Dietrich to Amy Winehouse, Cyndi Lauper and Kim Carnes.

Because that’s not enough music for her, her new Amy Winehouse recital will follow in 2025 and she is also taking piano lessons again just for fun.

As a language fan, she couldn’t make up her mind and is now learning Italian, French and Japanese at Duolingo. (following the spirit of YOLO)

Her great affinity for Ireland has often taken her to the Emerald Isle, most recently to an acting masterclass in Dublin.

Her childhood heroine, Alice in Wonderland, was wonderfully open and curious about other people, and Carolin, who is just as open and curious about people and things, creates these new worlds just as wonderfully through music, languages and acting.

Christian Kaiser

Happy Birthday to you, dear CHRISTIAN KAISER!

We wish you a very happy birthday, dear Christian! May you have many, many exciting roles and stories to look forward to in this new year of your life. © Birgitta Weizenegger

What you probably didn’t know about Christian:

Christian’s first leading role was ALEXANDER KRONECKER in DAS GELÖBNIS UNTERM BLAUEISGLETSCHER.

“In 1979, I played my first leading role as ALEXANDER KRONECKER, a farmer’s boy made of real grist and grain as it was called in this Bastei (trashy) Heimat novel by Andre Mairock.

An evil and false woman had seduced the boy (me) into the car.

(it was thundering)

me: let’s go into the car!

her: lightning strikes at the end!

me: no, that’s a law of physics

we are standing on rubber tires and are isolated from the earth and then, after disgrace
and betrayal, after I forcefully threw the fake city girl to the ground, the realization that I have to return to my beloved AFRA!

I fall onto my knees and shout: AFRA!!!

(here captured in the photo)

A world sensation then and now,” he says with a grin.
